How much will delivery cost?
Delivery within New Zealand is FREE when 2 or more products are ordered. For orders of 1 product delivery within New Zealand costs $4.90.
When will I receive my order?
For orders placed before 11am on week days, we aim for next day delivery. For orders placed after 11am on week days, going to North Island delivery addresses, we aim for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday and delivered Tuesday.
Where is my order? Can I track my order?
If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contains the courier company and tracking number so you can track your order.
Does Hardy’s ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at present. We only ship to addresses within New Zealand.
