Employment in Hardy's can open career opportunities for people who are prepared to make the required commitment and can demonstrate aptitude to become retail sales professionals. From the outset, your career with Hardy's includes comprehensive sales and systems training leading to compulsory certification as a Retail Health Consultant. Following certification you will receive continuous coaching to ensure that you maintain and enhance your skills. Recertification is an annual requirement.
Throughout your career you will be provided with continuation training opportunities designed to ensure that your product knowledge is enhanced and that you keep up to date with health supplement technology.
Once you have demonstrated that you can work at a professional level in our organisation you can apply to have your Hardy's training and experience recognised by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). Recognition of your skills by the NZQA leads to a Diploma of Retail Level 3.
Having achieved your Level 3 diploma you can continue to add credits to your qualification to achieve the Diploma of Retail Level 4. At this level you can be considered for a Team Coach or Manager's position within our nation-wide network of franchised stores. Beyond that there is the opportunity to own your own store.
Your Hardy's training and experience can also serve as a foundation for further training as a Complementary Health Practitioner, for a career in sales and marketing.
