Why shop with us?

Qualified Staff - Professional advice you can trust. Hardy's have one of the most comprehensive staff training programmes within the health supplement industry. This ongoing mandatory training program includes in depth information on a wide range of nutritional and herbal supplements, including safety and contraindication for a products use such as with existing medication, an existing medical condition or during pregnancy.

Quality Products - When it comes to your health you deserve the best. At Hardy's we go to great lengths to select only the highest quality products available. Unless our buyers are satisfied that products are true to label, are of proven efficacy and can be traced to the raw material source, they will not be stocked.


Why aren't all products in store able to be bought online?
Some products aren't available to be purchased online. However, we are continually adding products to our website that can be purchased online. If there is a particular product or group of products that you would like to be able to buy online, please contact us to let us know.
 

Do I have to register to order online?
No - you do not have to be registered to purchase from the Hardy’s website.
 

Delivery


How much will delivery cost?
Delivery for 2 or more items is FREE.  Delivery for a single item is $4.90.

When will I receive my order?
For orders placed before 11am on week days, we aim for next day delivery. For orders placed after 11am on week days, we aim for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Where is my order? Can I track my order?
If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contains the courier company and tracking number so you can track your order.

Does Hardy’s ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at present. We only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Returns

Can I return a product I've purchased online?
Within 7 days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier), you may return any unopened item, that is still in its original packaging to the Hardy’s store that dispatched your product for an exchange for another product or, under special circumstances, a full refund.

How do I return a product? Can I return products purchased online in store?
Before returning any goods for exchange or refund please contact us by email or phone.

You will need to return the product along with the packing slip to the Hardy’s store that dispatched your product (this will show on your packing slip). You can do this in person or by courier. Please note we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please ensure that all goods are wrapped securely and appropriately to minimise damage on delivery.

Will I get a refund for products I return?
We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged, however your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please accept our assurance that any problems will be addressed in a friendly and efficient manner, and with your satisfaction as our over-riding concern.

I have received the wrong product - what should I do?
If the error is ours the return postage is at our cost too, but please advise of the problem first, so that we can decide how best to deal with it. We will replace or reimburse you for unsatisfactory goods.

My product has been damaged during delivery - what should I do?
If your goods don't reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. Please don't return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Is it safe to shop online? Are my details secure?
It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your credit card over the counter in a store. When you purchase using our secure online credit card facility, you can be confident that all of your details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for the purpose of the transaction fulfillment.

How do I pay for my order? Which credit cards to do you accept? I don't have a credit card - do you accept payment via online banking or bank deposit, debit cards, Paypal?
You can pay for your order with a credit card. We currently accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. At this stage we do not accept:
Bank Transfer
Debit cards
Vouchers
Cheque
Paypal

I've been given a Hardy’s voucher. Can I use it to buy online?
Sorry, at this stage it is not possible to use a Hardy’s voucher to make an online purchase.

Pricing

 

Does the price shown include GST?
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 12.5% sales tax – if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly).

Are prices the same online as they are in store? Why aren't prices cheaper online?
The prices you see for products online will be the same as the price of products in store. Prices are the same between stores and online because we want customers to enjoy the same great value for money from Hardy’s wherever they shop.  Please note: Hardy's Customer Club Exclusive promotions are available in store only.
