We really do have some exceptional certified Health Consultants who are able to listen to your needs and offer the complete solution best suited for you. As well as being the manager of Hardy's Riccarton, James is a Personal Trainer, marathoner and powerlifter. If you have any interest in sports nutrition make sure you ask for him! Some of the skills of the rest of the team include massage therapy, homeopathy and reiki.
