The Hardy's concept and image have been developed over a number of years. The underlying principles are quality products, product knowledge and efficient friendly service. Hardy's are very careful in selecting locations for new stores in high profile shopping centres and city (CBD) locations. Significant investment, time and attention are given to the colour scheme, decor and image of each Hardy store.

Hardy's offer a full franchise support structure.

Full franchisee training is provided that includes instruction in Human Resources, Staff Training, Planning and Marketing. The franchisor will also work with the new franchisee, in-store. In addition, the franchisor provides franchisees with proprietary products that are purchased by a specialist procurement team through national purchase contracts, including some exclusive products. The franchisor also maintains a strong internet presence through our website. In return, Hardy's requires that franchisees comply with the Company's Franchise System.
