We pride ourselves on our highly trained constulants in every Hardy's store.
Every Hardy's member of staff completes full training including comprehensive sales and product training leading to compulsory certification as a Retail Health Consultant. Following certification they receive continuous coaching to ensure that their level of skill is maintained. Recertification is an annual requirement.
Hardy's members of staff are also offered the highly recognised New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) Diploma of Retail Level 3, and Diploma of Retail Level 4.
