Rebecca, Natural Health Consultant, Hardy's New Plymouth
Hi my name is Rebecca and I am one of the full time staff members at Hardy's New Plymouth which is owned and operated by my mother Rachael. Mum has owned the store for 21 years so I have had many years experience in the store and have been brought up with natural products.
I am also a registered nurse and work casually at the hospital. I have recently completed a training course where I learnt to use a muscle testing technique, allowing me to accurately identify any vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies or other issues our customers may have and can make recommendations accordingly.
Being a busy mother of three growing boys, I use any extra time to devote to them. I understand what exhaustion means and we all work a little too hard. I feel it is extremely important to keep ourselves in balance, with regular exercise, good nutrition and most importantly time for relaxation.
