Sleep

We all need to sleep, but some of us struggle with getting enough of it or getting a proper rest.

SORTING OUT YOUR SHUT-EYE
It’s a commonly shared fact that we spend around a third of our lifetime asleep. And in order to make those waking two-thirds of our lives as fabulous as possible, making sure all our sleep is quality sleep is incredibly important. As well as replenishing our energy stores, sleep is an essential time for our body to rebuild, with cellular repair and immune system development all taking place while we’re in the Land of Nod.
 
But getting good sleep can be easier said than done! Stressful days, or whirring thoughts can all help prevent us from nodding off – and sometimes, insomnia strikes for no apparent reason whatsoever.

Working to develop a regular sleeping routine is a really important part of taking care of yourself – and by extension, those around you. If removing the factors that make sleep difficult proves to be a challenge, it’s worth seeing how you can better work with what you’re putting into your body to make positive changes toward sleeping like never before.
