This scientifically formulated magnesium mineral and vitamin complex provides a multi-action effect that may:

Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3.0g
   Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300mg
Taurine 3.0g
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 300mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate 290mg
   Equiv. elemental Calcium 68mg
Potassium phosphate – monobasic 182mg
   Equiv. elemental Potassium 52mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50mg

Citrus Also Contains: Stevia, nature identical pineapple, tangerine and lime flavour, maltodextrin from corn - free flowing agent, citric acid, malic acid and betatene (Betatene® is a naturally sourced beta-carotene derived from algae).

Adults: For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 ml of water twice daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 ml of water once daily.
