Dosage

Adults: Take 15ml (1 tablespoon) daily.  Children over 2 years: Take 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) daily.  Can be taken straight or mixed into juice, yoghurt, cereals or blended beverages.  Do not exceed recommended daily intake.  Do not use if cap seal is broken.
