Dosage

Adults: Take 15ml (1 tablespoon) daily.  Children over 2 years: Take 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) daily.  Can be taken straight or mixed into juice, yoghurt, cereals or blended beverages.  Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
