Product Features
High potency Magnesium containing 114.4mg per capsule, includes cofactors Vitamin B6 to assist magnesium uptake into muscles and Zinc. Hard shell capsule can be pulled apart and contents used in foods or drinks.
Dosage
Standard adult: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, with food or as directed by your health care professional
