As a dietary supplement, mix 2 level scoops (30g) Whey-TECH with 180-220ml chilled water, fruit juice or skim milk. Whey-TECH is best used immediately upon waking as well as before and/or after exercise. Serving size and frequency may be adjusted to suit individual nutritional requirements.
Whey-TECH is a highly versatile whey protein drink, be sure to try the smoothie recipe that follows: For a delicious carb-free smoothie, blend 130 ml water and 2 scoops Whey-TECH with 3-5 ice cubes in an electric blender for 1 minute.
For post-workout recovery Whey-TECH may be mixed with pure fruit juice such as grape or strawberry instead of water.
