It can be taken during the day to calm tension or irritability, or used before bed to support a restful night’s sleep. 

100% natural syrup - BioGro certified organic formula. Practitioner strength formulation.

Each 1ml contains extracts equivalent to:

Valerian (organic) 500mg/ml 


Contains no: Artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. 

No Added: Gluten, yeast or dairy derivatives. 

Suitable for vegetarians. Contains alcohol.

Adults: 3-5ml
 
For insomnia: 5-10ml in the evening
 
Children 6-12 years: 1.5-2.5ml  
 
Take up to three times daily. Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if required.
 
Shake well before use. 

  • Avoid use with other sedative medication (eg benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants, opioid analgesics) unless under the guidance of a medical herbalist or doctor.
