Eucalyptus Essential Oil

1 drop on a tissue or pillow to ease congestion or 10 drops in 1 litre of hot water to inhale. 5 drops in 10mls carrier oil for massage or bath. 4-6 drops in vaporiser.

Can irritate the skin. Dilute well. Avoid during first trimester of pregnancy.
