Zinc Citrate 7.5mg
Vitamin A Palmitate 660IU
 - equiv. Vitamin A 200mcg

Formulated without wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, artificial flavours, preservatives or colours.

Adults from 16 years: Take 1-2 tablets daily after food or as professionally advised. Children 9 – 15 years: Take 1 tablet daily after food or as professionally advised. Best taken with or after food to avoid potential nausea.

If taken on an empty stomach or if zinc supplementation is not necessary, there is the potential to feel nauseous.
