Filled by weight and contents may settle after filling. 30g = 30 cups.

Use 1 level tsp (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Adult: 150ml, 1-2x at night
6-12 Years: 60-100ml, 1-2x at night
1-6 Years: 20-60ml, 1-2x at night
6-12 Months: 10ml, 1-2x at night
Babies: 5ml, 1-2x when needed

Take 1 cup, 30 minutes before bed. Repeat during the night if needed. In persistent sleep disturbances, take each night for 3-6 weeks to promote natural sleep cycle.

Special Instructions: Shake contents before opening. For children, make adult dose and extract the required mls. Do not microwave. To avoid external contamination close can immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates.
