Qsilica One A Day Silica Multi-Nutrient tablets contains colloidal silica, biotin, zinc & selenium in a convenient once daily supplement. The formulation may assist bone integrity and connective tissue for healthy looking skin hair and nails.

Does not contain Gluten, Yeast or Dairy. 

Suitable for vegans

Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450mg (Equiv. to Silicon 210.38mg)
Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75.3mg (Equiv. to Zinc 24mg)
Selenomethionine 250µg (Equiv. to Selenium 100µg)

Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food.
