As Oregano Oil is a strong oil it is important that it is diluted before use both internally and topically. Taken internally it is best to use only 1or 2 drops maximum and this can be added to food i.e bread, sugar cube, or olive oil. If using olive oil only a few drops are necessary then add one drop of Oregano Oil. When using topically use 1 part Oregano Oil to 3 parts carrier oil. Do spot test to check for allergic reaction.
