Maintenance dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water daily or as professionally advised.

Acute dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to 4 times daily or as professionally advised. Children 9 – 13 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to twice daily or as professionally advised.

No added gluten, egg, soy, dairy or wheat. No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
