New Zealand Flaxseed Oil, Kūmarahou (Pomaderris Kumeraho)

Shake bottle well before use. May be taken orally or used topically.

Oral: Extract a half dropper (dose) of elixir, dispense under the tongue, and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.

Recommendation: Limit to 6 internal doses (max) per 24 hours. Oral use is not recommended for children under 10.

Topically: Can be applied directly to your skin and massaged in.

Discontinue use if an adverse reaction is experienced.
