The mucous membranes are the first line of defense in our immune systems for the air we breathe through our noses. This stress-induced mucus often drains into the stomach, where it must be neutralized by the antioxidants. IRISH MOSS is a type of marine algae that is rich in mucilage, sulfur compounds and other trace

minerals. In addition to providing a source of trace minerals, Irish moss may be useful for respiratory, immune and digestive support.
