Diffusion: 8-10 drops, allow 20 minutes, replenish as required. Pulse points: Smudge 1 or 2 drops on back of neck and wrists (for sensitive skin use as below, diluted with massage product). Massage: Use 10 drops to 10ml of Absolute Massage Cream (unscented) or Absolute Massage Oil (unscented). Bath: 8-10 drops direct to running bath water.

This blend is safe if applied as directed. Not recommended on pulse points for sensitive skin, discontinue if irritation occurs. Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting, drink milk, consult a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
